My target audience is "Career Aspirants" and post will be in the cross-section of "HR-OB", "Work/Careers/Jobs" and "Business-management"! But as the title says focus clearly on "Job/Careers/Calling".
The problem of Infosys layoffs isn't the layoff itself, but the way it was conducted.. like asking employees to leave campus the same day itself etc.
I 100% agree. It is not what you do, but how you do it! That "Empathy" component was missing that lead the whole thing into PR nightmare!
